Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
How long will shipping take?
Average delivery time is 7–12 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances—like natural disasters, holidays, or weather—may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If your address is incorrect, reply immediately to your order confirmation email with the correct details. We can usually update the address within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We package every item carefully, but occasionally damage occurs during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Are shipping costs included?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@solivrajewelery.com. Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. After review, we will provide either:
- A replacement item at no extra cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
How long does it take to process a refund or replacement?
Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales at Solivra are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.
